Check out the Neotel subforum. I'd personally avoid it since a lot of people are complaining about disconnects and poor speeds.

Stay away from Neotel completey. Unless you are a sucker for stress, frustration, billing problems, poor customer service, poor internet connection, poor productivity and throwing good money away.

Do yourself a favour. Don't even touch Neotel with a 10m pole. Stay far far away.

Nope, unfortunately it isn't. With the new uncapped ADSL products out there Neotel services are completely uncompetetive. Their service levels are also much, much worse than Telkom's.
