Neotel Order Forms don't work

I tried ordering the NeoFlex 5G online during the weekend, did the whole thing twice, and all I get in the end is a box saying that the order couldn't process and I should try again later, which I did twice today and got the same crap message. Is it worth trying to join a network where you can't even get the order to complete?

There are no neotel or autopage stores near me, so I have to get it straight from them, but I so pissed off now that I'm thinking I should just have my vodacom 3g datacard's contract activated again.
