Neotel Outage

There seems to be a general outage at Neotel right now. A number of customer L2 links are down as well as NeoInternet links.

Call Centre indicated that based on volume of calls there must a be a problem, but they don't yet know what it is.

Same problem here, went down about 20 mins ago. Called them and they say they are picking up an influx of calls and NOC also reported issues. Problem in JHB and Durban area.

There is an issue with access switches in Durban. No ETR as of yet.

Dead LTE in Bryanson/olivedale. Cell 196 not even showing up as neotel PLMN

We're down in Bryanston, support wants me to manually enter DNS addresses on all client pcs.......

*Edit 1: Seems to be the neotel DNS, 8.8.8.8 is working on our machines

*Edit 2: We are on their fiber service

Link is affected due to major outage in Neotel network .

We suspect the issue is with DNS however team is busy investigating further.
