Yep...that's the only word I can give Neotel. Mybroadband can ban me for saying things to them...but Neotel s*ck.

Oh why I havent search for the internet before making my choice. Slow connections, internet don't work 2 hours per day for roughly 2 months now, you can't find out your cap...because system is down for 2 weeks now. If they think they gonna charge me for extra because of there fault...they can think again.

Neotel never going to see me again...the first 2 months I got download speeds from 120 - 140kb/s and now lately getting speeds of 40 - 60kb/s.

I recently got my adsl line sorted out...so getting download speeds as high as 500kb/s from Afrihost.

Afrihost for the WIN

I know is my first post...but i need to say this before someone else makes this mistake by going to Neotel.
 
I get decent speeds (between 1Mbit and 2Mbit downloads between 100Kbps and 200Kbps)and got the Neotel Prime Unlimited for R999 and using a router to share the connection.

I know someone who’s got ADSL and she is also having a lot of problems with disconnects/reconnects because I can see that her skype sign in and out and in and out a lot.

ADSL 4Mbit or 1Mbit Uncapped will be to expensive for me

took my neotel phone on a tour around my town,got 2 bars wherever i went, it did drop to X1 or 1x ...saw it for a short while, anyways the voice is like a cellphone call.

Data on 4 bars ... 100kb/s min (not to bad)
 
LEAVE NEOTEL! THEY ARE A JOKE! guys seriously save yourself now and quit, best advice i can give you and it work great for me. One week as of yet that i am Neotel free:)

Agreed , never go Neotel ... :)
And no my whiney arse will stay on the forums to cost them as many users as I can .....
