Neotel Pime unknown error?

Lately i have been getting an "Unknown Error" from my NeoConnect program whenever i try to connect to the internet.

It started about 2 days ago and happens about every time i try to connect. I manage to connect after i have hit the connect button about 10 times.

Anyone else getting this error or is it just me?

I would recommend not using Neotel Dial-up connection manage(whatever they might call that app), rather do a normal dial-up, go under your internet options, create a new dial-up etc.. Select Du-Point as the modem
