Hi we currently have a PRI line with telkom and having endless problems?
Telkom customer care is non existent.

Thinking of porting to Neotel

Any advise before making this big change....

Based near Gold Reef City

Dont do it...neotel customer care is non existent to...dont know about there phone operations, but i know of their internet service, especially when they overcharge you close to R500 for extra bandwidth(thats 500/R80 per gig over cap = over 6 gigs unaccounted for. When asked how and where i used that much over.i.e : a record of were 6 extra gigs was used, they are mum...I do have Netlimiter 2, and it records uploads and Downloads very accurately. / rant over. Neotel pricing, service, performance= fail

I think you are confusing consumer with enterprise? Consumers normally don't buy PRI's, but they can also get it, if they are willing/able to pay. AFAIK, Neotel PRI's are delivered on fiber, when Telkom does this over copper. Anybody can figure out which will be best in the short & long term?

Let's assume this is not spam... Franklyfred... reply to this post and prove me right please...
that is defiantly spam lol its off topic aswell cause they do actualy line renting the OP is asking about a PTI line not asking about software lol.

As far as Neotell enterprise solutions they are above par its another complete section of the company, the consumer products suck but i must give them thumbs up from there enterprise solutions and support

That is correct. We are also looking at moving to them. We actually moved offices and if I knew we were going to have this much shyte, I would have gone with Neotel from the start. :(
