Neotel Prime device call lock

Hi guys

Regrettably the people @ home are abusing my service in so far as using the free 120min within a matter of a day or two . I'm aware of the long press * to keylock the device but is there any other way to bar calls being made on this device?

I wanted to call the customer centre but I would prefer that the guilty parties @ home not over hear the conversation

Yes there is, but this is a bit drastic. Go to settings, then security. The PIN is 0000. Then look around in there. There is an option there to block all outgoing calls. Bottom one if I remember correctly...

Unfortunately, you'll have to go back into the security settings and take off the outgoing block to make a call, then put it back on again. Takes like 20seconds, but it means that whoever is abusing your phone won't know how to use it anymore

Quick update, procedure was successful.

Internet still works fine, thanks once again agentfr
