Neotel Prime firmware

Did anyone manage to get the firmware for the Neotel Prime device ? its the Dupont BC2703 interface. i have tried CDMA-Workshop v2.7 but it doesnt have the option to backup the firmware and with v3.40 you need to buy it.

If anyone know of any way to backup the current firmware please let me know.

Unfortunately, our modems require the PRL key in order to access the modems key settings and to back it up. I have not been able to find it anywhere thus far
