Details of all the packages are available on the Neotel website. Coverage can also be checked on the website. Customers must fall within a wireless coverage area to use NeoConnect. Currently, areas in the Southern and Northern Suburbs are covered, but the CBD is not. However, Sharma and Pandey said that coverage was being increased almost weekly.

The customer portal was supposed to be launched today. Nothing on their site yet. I want to see the coverage map and how it will expand weekly.

Ok, don't forget the list of those stores is just the list of the Postnet stores in Durban.... not necessarily the stores that will fall in the coverage area.

Its sad that Umhlanga is not on the map for offices,this Postnet thing just doesnt workout.....i mean go put a Neotel shop for KZN in
Gateway like VodaCare!Your bound to get people and business icons there! or better yet Umhlanga New Town, Morningside is just out of the way...LMAO people would get lost there and forget why they even went there....bad for business

..............But I do know the offices for Neotel,not a postnet shop,its on the N2 going to Springfield park near the Total service station...You can see the Neotel logo shouting out from there.........

That coverage map site makes me mad .......bookmark and keep it for a another day i say

there a office like 2 blocks away from me and yet if i search for coverage on there map it says

Like I said.. they're listing the Postnet stores in KZN, not the Postnet stores in Coverage areas...

Seems that Mt Edgecombe has got Neotel before the "gateway side of Durban".The coverage is on the fence of Mt Edgecombe and phoenix thou i find it funny that the coverage seems to stop between roads....???

Also to note this area is filled with data companies...Telkom exchange, Sentech mywireless, Vodacom HSDPA & WiMAX and Mtn hsdpa (well the Mtn tower has been upgraded) now Neotel
