In the artickle of yesturday it was promised that Neotel would have a bigger precense on the forum, but I must say that it is very sad to see that he has not even commented on any of the threads that has been posted in this forum - good or bad.
I know that he is active using the PM system of the forum, but with all the bad coverage Neotel is getting, I would really like to see some response from Neotel on the issues - and there have been response to some of the threads.
I am really considering to get a Neotel connection but I won't until the issues are being sorted out. I won't know if they are working on the issues because the feedback to the members are being given via PM, so only the negative posts remain on the forum and nothing so we can see that the stuff is being sorted out.
Can we maybe put some work in so that feedback is given in the threads and not the PM system because we want to see that the issues are being sorted out so that we can decide whether we want to adopt their services.
