Neotel rep not taking PM's?

Tried sending the rep a PM just now and got this error:

"Neotel has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Neotel from the recipient list and send the message again."

Wtf?

You can only send a visitor message and still waiting on a reply for the last 2 messages I sent.

Looks like Neotel correspondence has stopped on hellopeter awell:
