Well I asked my local Telkom Office as I went to get a printout of a bill to pay that ran halfway down the street (actually halfway to Bloemfontein), if people were dropping ADSL today and the local honcho said "yes" and that they now had "competition" I said "uh?"
and he said "Neotel" Honest.

im sorry but R1000 pm for less then 1mbps??? MegaWan had uncapped fast wireless for 2 years @ like R500 pm.. sentech had no cap and up to 512kbps (when SA didnt even hear rumours of 4 meg) for only R640...

this has all been done before.. nothing new...
when is the fibre going to be put to use? show me the person to speak to about a trial run!?!?!
