I would really appreciate a respone from a neotel representive for the quotations below. I would appreciate if yourselves 'Neotel' can confirm any truth in what is tated in the below quotations. If you require any further information please post your questions here for all to see.

So you are saying that the fault is purely on Screamer's side and has nothing to do with neotel's feeds as they impy?

Dude! How do you read that from my statement? No, What I was saying is SCREAMER... as in ciruis called for the wrong rep...

Yeah, even I got what the OP wants, he is trying to determine if the Screamer rep is bulsh*tting him or if there was a Screamer / Neotel problem....
