I am amazed at a call centre for once in my life they pick up the call in less than one minute, but do they offer support on the actual device itself...

They actually have a very friendly staff members working for them, never in my life, was i treated to such good service, other call centre, barely know what's going on ))))

I hope NeoTel will be a success
I am definat, sign-up with them, and according to one of the guys you can carry your device all over JHB If you wanted to do it

The call centre is not bad at all. i was impressed by the quick response. Spoke to a Samatha who promised me a call back and guess what she did phone me back with an update on my fault. Was very impressed... hats off NEOTEL and Samatha THANKS .Amazing customer services!!!!!!!!
