I have the Neotel phone and it was linked to the tower at my previous premise. I phoned the Neotel help desk and asked them to change the tower. Yesterday morning they said their system was broken but they would call me back within the hour.
I haven't received a call back and when I called a second time the lady had no clue about the status of the Neotel system as she had just started her shift.
I've also sent an email through the Neotel website and to date the only feedback I get from Neotel is the bill every month.
Where do I go from here?
