NeoTel Voice Quality Fourways

I have been looking to get a Neotel line for work in Fourways, JHB but even on the third floor of a building even though the signal bar was strong, the voice transmitted was jumpy and difficult to hear properly.

Does anyone else think the voice quality on Neotel CDMA phones are poor and unreliable?
Is there a better option for voice with Neotel?

That's because we've all been duped about Neotel's super duper digital voice quality. When I was with them, the quality was worse than my cell phone /w Vodacom. Hell, my skype international calls are superior than them.
