Neotel vows core offering "this year"

I'm apparently eligible for a British passport, so hopefully in the next few weeks or so, I will have all the paperwork and missioning through to Pretoria all sorted out. Then it's pack my bags and go, hello 16meg uncapped for under R300.

Enjoy winter. I wouldnt want to live through that again even if they gave me free internet. ;)
