Neotel Wimax

We just had Neotel Wimax installed. Well, there is no way we can use it for our business. it is up one minute, down the next. It is totally useless.

its probably just something intermittent. I've had wimax at both my house and business and am really happy with it. Has not been down once since having it installed in November.

What Wimax are you on? If its the business/enterprise one, then you will get a pretty fast response from them if you log a call.
