Neotel Wireless Problems

I have a 2mbps line just to try for a few months before I upgrade my speed to 6mbps. I have recently been experiencing problems... The connection seems to drop as I go into Google but it never loads. The only way to get it to load is to either restart the router or unplug and plug in the outdoor router.

Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this problem and if there is any fix that will help me. I am using a Zyxel router
