Just bought a Neotel MiFi prepaid and a 7 gig data voucher after checking that I have coverage in my area.....and guess what????....it's barely picking up a signal - 1 bar on the signal indicator and reflecting 2G. Contacted Neotel and their support says that the device will not pick up the signal - I would need an outdoor antenna, etc., etc. Advised to return the product.
All of this because Telkom does not have any ADSL ports available to convert a standard line to ADSL.
