Neotel's biggest hurdle to enter the market will be Telkom's inability to deliver.
Telkom has to provide LLU setup...
Also: Telkom won't be able to cancel existing services to clients - we all know the hassles one has to get Telkom out of your life. Home owners will be reluctant to get Neotel before Telkom is gone from their lives due to the risk of having to pay for 2 services.
I've never heard before that a corporation's service is so bad, that consultants are making money by doing the fight for clients.
