Neotel's Callcentre

Well, my experience was that they hardly call me back. I only received a call back once and that wasn't even from the callcentre but from one of the internal departments.

Just wanted to see if this was a general issue with Neotel users.

My experience has been 50/50. I've also found that the call center consultants don't always update your fault on their systems. I have recently gone through the experience of spending 10 minutes dealing with a problem with consultant A and next day when I call for a progress report, consultant B can't find any information regarding the fault on the system.
 
Well they told me they would contact me when service was available in my area. Service has been available in my area for weeks now and, naturally, no one has called. And the fact that they can never give any sort of date with regards to the availabilty of services is the most frustrating part of the whole Neotel experience.
 
Crappy service.
Never got a callback after they promised me numerous times that they will phone me back the same day. Once I left it and after a week still no reply. Got fed up and phoned them again after a while got their promise again that they will phone me back that day still...which never happened.

Phoned today to their 0800 333 636 number(2 for existing client, 1 for billing) and was promptly told by the dude that they can't do billing enquiries at their billing section and i had to phone another number... Flipped my top right there.

Never mind that their billing system is messed up and only shows half of my payments... Its gonna be interesting when bill time comes methinks.
 
I phoned them now, cause they didn`t phone me back a couple of times.
Tried getting Neotel from the 2th of Jan.
They promised to deliver today but they did not!
Call Centre said they would call me back at 18h00 when their system is back up.
Will see......
