Neotel's influence?

Doubt the admitting evidence will be forthcoming anytime soon, but it might well be...

I am praying it is! Please dear God let it be!

Neotel don't have access to their own international bandwidth yet, however perhaps they're signing up customers and charging them what they will charge once they get access to SAT-3 after April.

It is the one, the one prophesied about by her poisonousness Ivy.

Hmm but does the "one" not loose faith halfway through and abandon ship... or does he come through and save the people

Time will tell I guess :(

It is just the narrowing in the excessive retail bandwidth margins. The prices per GB are still nowhere close to SAIX wholesale rates.

You can get R50/Gb retail on SAIX, which is only 5c/MB. What kills ADSL on the low-end comparisons is Telkom's rip-off ADSL and line rentals, not the per/MB costs.
