nerds onsite vs dial a nerd vs....?

Anyone use any of the above or anyone else? I need a couple of laptops looked at, one overheating and one software bloated - machine is slow.
Anyhow nerdsonline has an online live chat that never bother answering, so that put me off them, then there is dial a nerd and then independent people such as mike from https://www.facebook.com/mikecomputernet.

Yeah I could start playing around with the laptops, but would rather not, as one is a family members machine and I dont want to hear endless where is this, why did you delete that, so would rather pay someone...

I suppose bottom line, do you have any recommendations for anyone who does onsite support on these issues?

Lenovo made in China, but chip made in Israel and operating system so where is your bds friends now?

Matrix do on-site, need to book it out though, and see what they charge?

Or don't be lazy, and take it to their counter and see what they say.....

Otherwise warranty service, or where you got it from, if it's under warranty still?

Any matrix can help you, depends where you are, just visit one and see what they say.....
