nero alternative?

Nero 8 works well for me though. Never had any problems, ever. Perhaps your CD/DVD-Writer is faulty?

Also make sure you're buying quality media. I've only ever had problems with nero when buying cheap discs.

That's true! The Nero 9 Trial download is 370MB vs. ImgBurn at only 2MB

I use Ashampoo 6 Free version. Very simple interface.

its just strange that since i bought a liteon drive nero has gone nuts lol, updated firmware and all and still there are burn errors

will grab imgburn and cdburnerxp
