Availability in other areas of the world isn’t mentioned, but it must be coming - and that’s not just a guess, one of the images in the press kit was of a DVB-T antenna for the retail product. Only DVB-T isn’t used in the US, Canada, or Mexico, so I suspect that was a little ‘oops’ and it is for a version destined for other countries.

It's worth taking into account that the above pricing is based on the US markets where TiVo charges a monthly fee for their regular TiVo set-top-boxes. TiVo Australia charges no subscription fees for their service but does charge a slightly higher upfront fee for the set-top-box.
