At a Samsung shop from Samsung. Great netbook offering. I have the one with the solar panel on the cover. Great little netbook. Looking at about R2700.

OP, the D270 is just about the best bet if you're looking for a netbook around R3000. The other options are Gigabyte's Q2006, ASUS EeePC X101CH, the much better ASUS EeePC 1015BX or the ultrabook-like ASUS X201E.
