My Client in Johannesburg is seeking a .Net Development Manager/ Team Leader with strong communication and time management skills, a hard worker/ team player, with a positive attitude, the candidate who is willing to learn and stays calm under pressure is the wright candidate for this position,
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
• Developing and maintaining applications in SQL server and ASP.NET, including Java Script, JQuery, TSQL reports, SQL server reporting and Crystal Reports.
• You will also manage a small team of developers.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING:
• BSC Computer Science or relevant qualification
• Advanced TSQL
• Administration knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server and ASP.NET development.
• Web Development Experience in ASP.NET (2.0 or above C#)
• 3 – 5 Years Management Experience
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, etc.
• XML Technologies (XML, XSLT, XSD, SOAP, HTML)
• Understanding of N-Tier systems: Presentation, application and database layers that form large systems.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and create technical specifications when necessary.
• Microsoft Certification.
• Good understanding of different development methodologies.
