.net domain transfer 2 weeks ago still not working

Transferred a .net domain from Host4Africa to Cybersmart on the 3rd of February.

Domain and linked email still not working to date.

Response from Cybersmart yesterday:

The domain has transferred over, it may still be updating thus not fully resolving, i have re-synced the zone. Give it about half an hour to resolve. You can use http://cpanel18.mywebserver.co.za:2082 as your link with the user names and password i have sent you to access the cpanel in the meantime.

F-all working besides the cpanel.

Any ideas?

You domain should have been transferred over to Cybersmart's Registrar within a few days of the date of transfer.
It sounds to me like the applied name servers are not correctly configured for your domain, hence the domain is not resolving.
