Hello, guys!
I'm not watching forum frequently, so sorry if this is not news. Well, story is here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/21/net-neutrality-rules-pass_n_799775.html ("Net Neutrality Rules Approved By Divided FCC").
I hope this will be good precedent for local "Internet Service Prostitutes" to avoid stupid excuses "we shape your traffic because you used torrent". We pay A LOT for ridiculous traffic (ISP never pays for GBs) and have full rights to use it as we wish. If there is pirate problem, it's not f__ing business of ISP - let's Hollywood come to SA and complain. Sure many people will agree with me.
