What do I need to know to get this job?
• A minimum of two+ years' experience in software development
• Experience in developing/maintaining content managed websites (CMS)
• New project development and ability to deliver projects (to spec) on your own
• Maintenance and updates to clients websites, content management systems and databases
• Abide by development best practice guidelines and remaining in touch with current trends and technologies
• Use of SQL scripts to manipulate data
• Create and maintain databases
• ASP.NET 2.0 - 4.0
• MVC
• C#
• SOAP Web services creation
• XML and XSLT
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008
• Good knowledge of stored procedures and database design/normalisation
• HTML / XHTML / CSS knowledge and ability to integrate frontend templates efficiently into CMS solutions
• JavaScript / jQuery / Ajax / JSON
• Good knowledge of object orientated concepts and design patterns
• Project testing of your development work completed

SKILLS ADVANTAGEOUS

• Setting up and maintaining content managed website: i.e. Umbraco CMS, Wordpress etc
• Knowledge of .NET-based CMS products like Umbraco, Sitecore, EpiServer
• Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) principles and processes
• Mobile apps experience (Phonegapp, Monotouch, iOS, Android, Blackberry)
• PHP / MySQL
• Facebook developer API knowledge i.e. Facebook Connect, Facebook API, FBML apps etc

What will I do every day?

You will take responsibility for complex CMS, eCommerce, and various other application development projects including mobile.

Market related

Yeah.. good luck getting people here to apply for said position. One thing that irritates me is companies who hide being what their actual salary range is. "Market Related" means nothing to a potential employee.

Market Related = we're too embarrassed to say how little we pay our developers.
