Looking for some help, please...
Incredible has the Acer Aspire One 532H for R2500 ...
http://www.incredible.co.za/ProductDescription.aspx?SKU=72968
but it's only got 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD and a 3-cell battery.

I'm looking for something with a 6cell battery, 2GB RAM and a bigger HDD.
But the max I'm willing to pay is R2500 (...it's a gift and that's my budget)
Actually, I'm looking to spend R2k ... R2500 is already pushing it.

OR
if you could suggest a laptop in the same price range with comparable specs, that would be awesome.
I'm even ok with a demo model as long as it carries a good warranty

I have one of those, albeit the model up with 2gigs of ram and a 320gig hdd, though it cost R2750 from NIVO
The N550 (dual core) is much better than the single core atoms, like the n280 and n455.
Not sure about the battery, mine was listed as having a 3 cell battery but it came with a 6 cell battery so I'm not sure what the model from Kalahari will give you.
It's a nice netbook, very light and performs well for a netbook. The only problem is the touchpad takes a bit to get used to, but netbook touchpads are iffy in general unless you get one of the much more expensive ones.
