Vodacom offers Netcare 911 emergency calls but I just heard a Telkom ad on radio that Telkom is also now doing it for residential line customers.

The Telkom Netcare 911 number is 0860 911 900 and it takes you to the same call centre if you were Vodacom subscriber and you dialed 082 911.

yes Telkom owns 50% of Vodacom, well at least they are offering a service that our medical aids support

0860 numbers is shared call, why wouldnt telkom offer it? More money for them. Afaik the vodacom 082 911 is free on vodacom numbers.
