As the title reads, is anyone able to send me or direct me to a place I can download the latest Netflix 3.1.0 APK? I have the app on my phone and tablet but need the updated version for the profiles.

Yes. There is a cracked one around the web that works regardless of location but it is version 2.2 or something like that.

Use DNS settings from here - only for Netflix US/Canada though:
