Netflix app on Galaxy Tab 2?

I'm trying to load the Netflix app on my Tab2, but my Google profile shows my last sign-in location as South Africa.
And we are not allowed the app. (Rolls eyes)
Thing is - I'm using Unotelly to view netflix and the rest.
How can I spoof Google play that I'm somewhere else?

Thanks for the links. Is there a way to run this via proxy on the phone? Or do you have to use a dns?
