Netflix, Hulu Plus, BBC Iplayer and Plex (Differences & Pro's and CON's)

Are Hulu, NetFlix and BBC the only 3 international that can stream locally through Unotelly and local credit card?
What about Amazon Prime, HBO etc - as easy to get working?

HBO has tightened up their streams recently while back, Unotelly is trying to resolve .

I am using Now TV to get Sky Atlantic which gets some HBO shows including GOT. I get 13 mostly decent channels for £6.99 a month. There are a few box sets also, so the SO is working her way through Downtown Abbey at the moment But I have UK credit card so it may be different.
