Netflix/Hulu setup on PC

Hi guys. My brother-in-law wants a Netflix/Hulu setup.

He has a PC connected to uncapped ADSL. he has a TV connected to the router.

Apart from signing up to the Netflix/Hulu accounts, what other things do we need to get the setup working from your experience?

Thanks bud but no thanks. For this setup buying a device pointless. More pertinent would be a hard drive, but that is sorted.
