Netflix iTunes billing

Can anyone confirm when you are billed for Netflix through iTunes (all SA accounts) whether you are charged the fixed rand quoted price on the iTunes page (R129.99 for the SD package), or whether the amount is in dollars that then varies each month when you are billed in Rands?

Also interested in this, as it's then a fixed price. I would presume it's the price displayed in iTunes, otherwise it's false advertising.
