Netflix no longer working on X96 mini

I have a X96mini Android TV box that I bought from a china mall store (probably not the best place, but budget) . Long story short, after more than a year that I’ve had it my Netflix no longer want to work on it. If I can get into the Google Play store and do a search for Netflix it gives me the msg that “This app won‘t work on your device”. Can anybody please tell me what the heck that means and if there’s anything I can do to get my Netflix working again?

You could try side loading it, but you will never get 1080p resolution..

A mi TV stick or second hand google Chromecast is your next best budget option..
