Netflix on Android 4.0.4

I'm at my wits end with this now.

I have installed 3.7.1 still says not available in your country. I did a factory reset, re-installed. Same problem.

I know there is a way of looping the Google IP to 127.0.0.1 but awaiting the router password from my ISP. Is there anything on this planet I can try to get this working?

Just to save a couple of posts. I have updated my DNS to static and added the Unotelly DNS IPs.
