I've tried three routes for accessing Netflix that others have recommended: Hola Unblocker, Unotelly, proxydns.co. However I have yet to be able to watch an actual show. Hope someone here can give me some advice, seeing as I've seen so much here about how easy it is to set up netflix.

All have worked for signing up with the service, and as far as I can tell there are no region issues (there was a Gordon Ramsay show that said it was unavailable, but no error messages on anything else - I assume this is because it is UK and I have set up for US).

I click on the icon for the show and it takes me to a page with the pilot episode title and background from the show. I see a spinning red wheel, and nothing else loads. If I check my network traffic, nothing especially heavy is coming in or out, and speedtest runs at pretty much the max for my line (4Mb).

Anyone with some experience who can tell me what I'm missing? Browser is Chrome, on Mac OS.

Well would you look at that - switch to Safari and it's prompting me to download a silverlight plugin. Chrome just wasn't telling me anything.

If you can log onto Netflix it's not a region issue.

Who's your ISP? Afrihost?

Did you enter dns settings in router? You made sure ip is renewed?
