NetGear DG834 Hangs...

I've got 2 clients that have problems with these routers.

Both are the NetGear DG834UK Wireless Routers.

One hangs once every 2 - 3 days, and the other hangs once every month or so...

Should I try updating the firmware? No idea what they have on currently.

Just google this site, there is info also on internet. I upgraded to the DG834GT because of problems

please note, if u going to upgrade to the DG834GT make sure you get one that comes stock with firmware version V1.01.28.
or bees contact duxbury, jus another tip, dont even attempt to contact netgear as you will be lucky to get within a week, and their assistance won't even help. they will just tell you to reboot your router.
so the best option is to return it to your supplier or contact duxbury SA!

Some of those routers are known to have problems because of faulty firmware. Upgrade to the latest firmware from the netgear site and that should fix it. I have a DG834GT with firmware 1.01.28 and it doesn't give me any problems.
