Trying to download the latest fireware for our region but can only seem to find the north american one

i take it we have separate fireware, do you know an address where i could check please

I think you mean "firmware" .

If you can't find anything for South Africa specifically, look for "Annex A" (ADSL over POTS (Plain Old Telephone System)) rather than "Annex B" (ADSL over ISDN). UK firmware is most likely "Annex A" and appropriate for South Africa, but avoid German firmware, as they tend to be Annex B.
