Just upgraded a couple of sites from 4Mbps ADSL to VDSL and, as a result, had a DG834v2 & DG834Gv2 to put in the cupboard as backups.
On testing I found they only achieved 8Mbps on my 11Mbps line, both were on firmware 3.01.32 - supposedly the latest version for SA.
Lots of discussion in various forums about the correct firmware to use for 10Mbps and I decided to take a chance and load 3.01.38 (for use in UK only) ... problem sorted, both syncing at 11Mbps
