Netgear DGN 2000

Says that there is no server on that port :mad:

Edit - managed to sync at DSL2+ now cannot, does this actually allow you to try sync at higher speed?

marine how did you get the app to connect?

I've got the same router & enable telnet login. But it says modemtype not identified?
 
Hey man I didn't use telnet just ran the program entered IP and username and pass and used port 23 but didn't check any boxes for eg special log in - don't check those 2

Cool. The program uses telnet to grab the info. ;)

Sorted out my problem. Latest version of that app does not work with the router.
 
Using the same router, but not impressed with the wireless....it disconnects frequently.
 
@Kingrob using same router with the Netgear Wireless-N USB adapter and experiencing NO problems of disconnecting, tho i only experienced the odd disconnect when signal strength indicated very low

Has anyone upgraded to the latest firmware and if so did u experience any problems?
 
Strange, i dont seem to get the settings tab you get marine1 :S

used it with my netgear dg2000 workes fine, if my rco is 856 does this mean i have an adsl 2+ line?
 
Tried to enable Adsl 2+ on my router with this DMT program. it didn't sync though now under my info 1 panel it doesn't even show the ADSL 2 stats under the info 1 screen, have i changed settings in my router?

How did you fix the dmt not finding your port? mine was working but now its saying that it can't find it

I dunno, yesterday it wouldn't work for me but I tried again with everything the same and it just worked. Really strange

ok, hopefully mine will work tomorrow again. I'm guessing this router automatically adjusts to adsl2+?
