Netgear Nighthawk Ac1900 - Telkom settings

Hi All, Can anyone help me with the manual configuration settings for the Netgear Nighthawk Ac1900 (D7000) VDSL router? My ISP is Telkom, and I cannot for the life of me manually configure the router to connect to Telkom. If I use the standard Pace router supplied by Telkom the connectivity is active.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My advice below:
Write down or get your login details handy - *********@telkomsa.co.za or something like that.

1. Reset the Router to Factory Settings (Should be a button somewhere on the router)
2. Plug in DSL Cable (RJ-11), and plug in network cable from pc/laptop to router.
3. Go to Admin page (192.168.x.x/10.0.x.x) username/password should normally be admin/password - for netgear
4. If reset to factory settings, it should open up a wizard to help you configure the router upon login that will guide you without much troubles.


Can go more in depth if the wizard does not let you pass
