Omg after hours of trying to sort this out myself and telkom I decided to contact my friend at telkom. My profile was still on adsl as well. Call center was useless. My friend at telkom took 5 seconds to fix it.
If it happens to anyone just tell them to change it on their exact application. There is a drop down box with adsl and vdsl in it. All they need to do is choose vdsl and apply. Problem sorted.
Well now my line not downloading at 20mb getting less than 10.
