Hi

Assuming I sign up for the Sentech package, I would want to connect the Sentech modem to a WiFi router/firewall so that I can set up a small wireless network at home.

I have been looking at the Netgear WGR614
http://www.netgear.com/products/details/WGR614.asp?view=hm

and the LinkSys WRT54G
http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?grid=33&scid=35&prid=577

Can anyone either recommend either of these products, or give some feedback regarding LinkSys vs Netgear products in general?

Also, is there any reason why a setup like this wouldn't work? Both products state that you can connect it to a cable or dsl modem, but the Sentech modem isn't either. Or can you basically plug in any ethernet cable that's somehow connected to the internet on the other side?

Any device that is capable of doing PPPoE through a DSL router will work equally well with the Sentech device. Someone else will need to comment on the exact capabilities of the two devices you named.
