Yip. Both are Telkom issues.

I have a netgear and it works very well. No problems been using it for a year now.

Siemens is great if you want to use a 3rd party VoIP service... Like FNB Connect. It has FXO and FXS ports. Just make sure its the 762SX.

Thanks for your feedback. Currently have a Telkom Netgear but may have the opportunity to swap for a Siemens. If there's no difference, then I don't see the point. Battled for months with a Billion 800VGT and don't want to have the same sensitivity issue. The Netgear has not lost sync once in the 2 weeks I've had it. Seems to run warmer than the Billion though.
