Netgear WNDR4000

Anyone has experience with this router?

I had the WNDR3700 which was struck by lightning and this 4000 model seems to be a good replacement.

The best price I can find is R1 700, anyone know of a better price?

This one is my fav so far. But also saw the DIR-827. Anyone know this model? Can't seem to find it locally on the web. On the router charts at SNB it seems to perform well
